PEC has developed a graduate certificate in Adult Education Instruction. This train-the-trainer program is designed for functional specialist wishing to teach adult learners in their particular area of specialization. Prospective students should hold an undergraduate degree and have a minimum of three years experience working in their field of study. The six course certificate program consists of the following required courses:
AEDU 100 The foundations of Teaching and Training
AEDU 110 Delivering Training
AEDU 120 Evaluation Techniques
AEDU 200 Blended Learning
AEDU 210 Delivering Technical Training
AEDU 220 Managing Classroom Behaviour
